The hotel is set in beautiful Bowral with lovely walks around, pretty views of rolling hills and My Gibraltar. The rooms are large and well-appointed on the balcony, but they're badly in need of an upgrade and can feel smelly and damp. The service is outstanding within the cocktail lounge, with a location that offers nice-sized rooms and bathrooms. The dining experience, both in the hotel and the restaurant for breakfast, leaves much to be desired in terms of quality despite being tasty.
